CI Onys Cam. The Cam for German Pay-TV Premiere Newbies. Suitable to use with any CI-Receiver. The Onys CAM CI Module is a multi-system CAM particularly suited for use with all German viewing cards as it is compatible with all encryption types currently used by broadcasters in Germany. The Onys CAM is a reprogrammable unit with software available via the many support forums found on the internet. The Onys CAM is very similar to Unicam and uses the same device programmer. The Onys Cam is the successor to the X-Cam engine series and as such supports the X-Crypt system.
As well as being compatible to many satellite receivers the Onys CAM is also compatible with almost all common interface LCD & Plasma TV's including Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, Loewe, Metz, Technisat, Panasonic, Toshiba and Sharp.
